Food plays an important role in our all round development and is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. We offer vegetarian cooking classes at our center for those who wish to learn how to prepare delicious, healthy, earth-friendly and mentally uplifting recipes.


The ancient yogic tradition adhered to a sattvic diet. A sattvic diet is considered the optimal diet for someone who aspires to experience the higher levels of consciousness. Other components of compassionate cooking are included in the course so that you may have all the tools needed to eat well and nurture the planet at the same time.

Vegetarian Dish


We have a 4 week vegetarian cooking course starting Wednesday June 10 until July 1, from 7-9 pm. The course will be taught by two expert vegetarian chefs: Bernard Bordenave of France and Dada Shiilabhadrananda, a senior yogic monk of Ananda Marga. The recipes offered will be from Europe and the Middle East

Cost of the course (including materials) will be $NT2000. We will cook together and then share our cooking results together.
