In the food department we carry local healthy snacks, nuts, dried fruits and dried soya products. From India we have assorted spices as well as black salt. Health drinks are available from Far East Russia.
We carry yoga mats, meditation blankets as well as yogi t-shirts and blouses. Our cosmetics include neem toothpaste and soap from India as well as tongue cleaners which greatly aid oral hygiene.
We carry a range of Ananda Marga books which cover spiritual philosophy, health, children’s stories, yoga, vegetarian cooking, women’s welfare and many other topics. Mantra music is available on CD. Freshly baked bread from our nearby bakery is available on request.
